5: Once the burgers are made, they are tested to make sure that they are fit for human consumption and that they meet the product quality. OSI Group McDonalds hamburgers have 20% fat content. The hamburgers are grilled and then tasted to feel the texture and ensure that they are up to high quality standard.
6: Once it is asserted that the hamburgers have the right texture and they meet the standards, the hamburgers are frozen, put in blue plastic bags and then packed into boxes.
